Installation

Prerequisites

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Appropriate permissions for app installation

Steps

1. Download the Smart Approval extension package (.app file).
2. Install the extension in Business Central via Extension Management.
3. Assign permissions using the provided permission sets (EOLSA Basic, EOLSA Setup).
4. Complete initial setup in the Smart Approval Setup page.

Post-installation

• Verify that Smart Approval pages and actions are available.
• Review and configure approval criteria as needed.
